If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
We offer a store credit only in the form of an E-Gift card code if:
- The Item does not fit you.
- You are not satisfied with the quality
- You have simply changed your mind
- You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
- Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and have original tags attached.
- Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant or wear.
- Bodysuits, swimwear and undergarments are non-returnable.
- Beauty products, cosmetics and accessories are non-returnable.
- Items bought on Sale cannot be returned for store credit.
- Please allow 5 – 7 business days for us to process your return once it is received.
- Damaged, incorrect or defective items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery. Please email email@example.com
- DINELOPI is not liable for any return packages that may become lost/stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage or return tracking number when shipping back your items.
- When sending back items from multiple orders, please fill out a return form or packing slip from each order returned.
- All returns must include a return request from or packing slip. If you do not have a return request form, you may download and print the form HERE.
Any customers purchasing outside of the U.S. will be unable to use our online returns portal. Instead contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org your return enquiry for instructions.
Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several weeks to reach us if returning from an international location. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is delivered to our Distribution Center. Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you store credit in the form of a Fashion Nova E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase. E-Gift Cards never expire, and are redeemable right away!
DINELOPI is not responsible for returns until they reach our Distribution Center. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, DINELOPI will not issue store credit for your returns.
